General Rod Specs (all rods)
Three powers are available in 2 rod lengths: 7'6/8" and an 8'6"/9'. Longer rods make it easier to cast lures farther with less effort and result in less fatigue. Our rods are made with a modified IM8 blank with the trade secret TitanTM technology to give these rods super strength, flexibility, feel and years of durability. You will also see that ten guides are used instead of the standard eight. These additional guides provides smoother casts especially with larger musky lures, and less wear and tear on the line, guides and your musky rod. High quality Fuji® components are used on all fishing rods. Fuji® reel seats provide a solid platform for anchoring your favorite reel.
Here is the best part. All of our musky and pike rods are equipped with a two part handle design so you can fish with a handle that fits your needs. Our handles are built tough too. We have perfected a revolutionary super durable handle design that allows you to fish with a standard handle or an extended 18" long handle. You can even remove the handle(s) all together for storage or transportation of these musky rods. We also made our musky rod handles fat! Our handles are a little over 1.25" in diameter. That's about 25% "fatter" than the standard handles and you will feel the difference after you fish all day with these. Ours rods also come equipped with extra long 6" fore grips for increased comfort and plenty of leverage. From the Fuji® tip-top guide to the Fuji® reel seats and on down to the revolutionary handle design, these are the real deal and not overpriced like the competition. Warranty Terms
Terms of the Tackle Industries Rod Warranty, as stated on the Warranty information that you will receive with your invoice.

Our rods are covered by a full 2 year limited warranty against defects in workmanship or materials of construction. This warranty is good for the original owner and non-transferrable. You must fill out our warranty card and mail it to us at the below address along with a copy of your sales receipt or proof of purchase for our warranty database within 30 days of purchase. If not, your rod will not be covered by our warranty program. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the rod and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product.
Please do not ship rods broken by angler error. Accidents such as; stepped on it, truck door crushed it, dog chewed it up, wife broke it, cleaned out gutters with it, etc are not covered by our warranty and we will not replace the rod. Only defects in workmanship and materials are covered. Any modifications to rods will null and void all warranty coverage.
If the musky rod was purchased within 1 year from the date of return to the address below, simply ship the damaged rod, prepaid and insured, along with a cashiers check or money order for $30, when returning product for warranty evaluation.
If the musky rod was purchased longer than 1 year but less than 2 years from the date of return to the address below, simply ship the damaged rod, prepaid and insured, along with a check or money order for $50, when returning product for warranty evaluation. If the rod is more than 2 years old, it is no longer under warranty.
All musky rods sent in for warranty evaluation MUST have the following accompany them: 1) Copy of your original warranty card (please make a copy before you send us your warranty). 2) Copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase. 3) Cashiers check or Money order ($30 if under 1 year and $50 if 1-2 years from date of purchase). ***If you do not follow any or all of these instructions we will not honor your warranty.

In no event shall Tackle Industries be held liable for incidental or consequential damages due to breach of this warranty or other warranties implied by law. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts nor do they allow for exclusion of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the above stipulated limitation and/or exclusion may not apply to you. Should we decide to replace the damaged product, but no longer offer that model, we will replace it with what we determine to be the closest comparable model from our current product line. Rods purchased from eBay or other auction sites do not qualify for warranty coverage. In the event we discontinue rod production and sale of our Tackle Industries rods all warranties are null and void.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
