Pro Dawgs

New from Musky Innovations is the Pro Dawg. Only the PRO Dawgs come with the jointed internal harness.

Musky Innovations Magnum Pro Dawg
1) New jointed trade marked harness that brings back the flexibility like the original Bull Dawg but keeps the wire strength of solid wire. They act like the 7 strand dawgs without the 7 strand. More rubber around the head to prevent lead pop-out and more wire coils on the inside to keep the harness in place. With the added flexibility, they have a much more erratic action in the water with a lot more belly flash.
2) Pad printed patterns never achieved on Bull Dawgs before. Flexible clear coat finish that gives the bait a 3-D look, protects the pad printing, and helps keep the eyes intact.
3) New American made plastic for a much more durable bait. Baits will catch more fish and have less failures.
4) American made #7 split rings.
5) 4X plasma point hooks for better hook ups and no hook failure.

Heli Dawgs

Heli-Dawgs are not currently available in the new and improved plastisol. It is estimated that they will not be available until sometime in 2011. In the mean time, we do have Regular and Mag Teasers available so that you can create your own Heli-Dawgs. Simply buy some teasers and put them on any Bulldawg that you have.

Regular Teasers
The Teaser is added to the Bull Dawg by pushing the wire into the base of the Bull Dawg just behind the back hook. The Teaser should be pushed into the rubber all the way to the beads on the wire shaft. The Teaser adds flash and vibration while slowing the Bull Dawg down. It can sometimes help entice a strike from following fish. #4 blade intended for Regular Bulldawgs.

Musky Innovations' 14" Jimmy
The Jimmy is a monster tube/custom reaper hybrid soft plastic jerk bait. It is not used like a typical tube which are usually fished in a jigging style and in deeper water. The Jimmy is fished in relatively shallow water and used like an erratic jerk bait. After the bait hits the water, pause a little to let the Jimmy fill with water and sink just a bit, then jerk the bait with a sharp two foot twitch. Feed the rod tip back to the lure to give the line a little slack to help the bait “fly” or “walk” out to the side. It does not do a side to side perfect walk the dog like a hard bait will, but it does a dying walk the dog as on every twitch if may fly to the right, left, up, or down. You usually get very few follows on this lure because when they come after it, they come to kill with often violent attacks. Jimmy’s are pad printed for realism. 3D Eyes. Flexible clear coat to protect the finish and the eyes. The Jimmy has a single front hook, a 6/0 body treble and a 3/0 stinger treble to ensure good hook ups.
