Q: What are your shipping charges? A: Orders up to $9.99 are $4.95; up to $49.99 are $5.95; up to $74.99 are $6.95; over $75 are FREE.
Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and overseas are higher. Please contact us for more details or see our terms and conditions page. We have also added an International Shipping page on our main catalog page.
Q: Do you have a catalog? A: No, we do not have anything in print. We have considered a catalog for the future. But the problem with print material for any retailer is that they are out of date before they even hit the printer. Our inventory is constantly changing. And we do not want to advertise anything in a catalog that we do not have. And likewise, we do not want customers to believe that we do not have something because it's not in print. Our online catalog is always current with all of our offerings. In other words, it's real time. This is something we pride ourselves in. If it's out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your cart. Something that would never be possible with a print catalog.
Q: Is ordering with a credit card online safe? A: Ordering through our online ordering system is safe and secure. When you order on our site, your information is encrypted so your data can not be stolen. A secure website can be verified by looking at the website address in your browser. If you see https, it is a secure website. Http is not. So look for the S to verify that the personal information you are entering is secure.
Q: Can I order by phone? A: Phone ordering is an option. However, we have limited hours when we are available to answer phone calls and may be difficult to reach. You may be best served to send an email first to determine a best time to call.
Q: Is ordering online with a credit card the only way to pay? A: If youre not comfortable paying with a credit card, wed be happy to make other arrangements. Go to our home page and click on the "Ordering Options" page for more details.
Q: Will I be billed immediately after I order? A: Your account will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
Q: When will my order ship? A: Your order will almost always ship in less than 24 hours except for on Sundays and holidays. However, there may be rare circumstances that arise which may delay shipping. If your order is delayed we will make every effort to contact you to make you aware of the delay. Our first method of contacting you will always be by email. So please make sure you enter a valid email address when ordering.
Q: What is your return policy? A: We want you to be 100% satisfied. If youre unhappy with your order, contact us by email or by phone within 14 days of the date of your purchase. Items being returned must be in their original package. We cannot refund shipping charges. Any item that becomes defective after use is the responsibility of the manufacturer. If you are in need of contact information, we can obtain that for you.
Q: Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii? A: Yes we do.
Q: Do you ship to Canada? A: Absolutely.
Q: Do you ship overseas? A: Yes we do. If your destination is not listed in the drop down menu in the checkout process, please contact us to ask about shipping options.
Q: Do you have any type of privacy policy? A: Absolutely! No information that you provide us will ever be shared to outside parties without your permission.
Q: How are you able to offer such low prices on everything? A: We work hard to get the best deals we can and we pass those savings on to our valued customers. We are able to do this by not having an actual retail store and eliminating many overhead expenses this way. Being diehard musky fishermen ourselves, we understand that this sport isnt cheap. We want to offer you the best deal possible.

Q: I would like a color that you dont show on your online ordering. Do you have more colors? A: We have several different sources for our tackle. Depending on the source, we may or may not have additional colors available to us. We do have more colors available on many of the products that we offer. Simply contact us to let us know what you're after and we will confirm availability and potential turnaround times.
Q: How quickly will you be expanding your product offerings? A: This will be dictated by how quickly our customer base grows. We will continue to add to our inventory as much as our sales allow. So in order to help us grow and offer great prices on even more products, we ask that you spread the word about Musky Tackle Online. It will be a win-win situation for everyone involved. In addition, if you have suggestions on what we should carry, let us know. If we get a lot of demand for certain items, we will make an even stronger effort to get that item in the store sooner rather than later. Bottom line though, the more orders, the more quickly we will grow. So if you like what you see at Musky Tackle Online, refer us to your friends and help to create more business for us. Q: How can I as an individual customer have an effect on what you offer? A: By the products that you purchase, this will help us determine what our customers want. You can also voice your opinion by sending us an email with your suggestions. We want Musky Tackle Online to be your musky tackle shop, so your opinions are important to us. How often do you get a chance to be influential in the business direction of a company? Now you have that chance with Musky Tackle Online!
Q: How come you dont carry rods, nets, tackle boxes, etc.? A: Because we dont have a physical store, our storage space is somewhat limited. Therefore, we are staying away from the larger items and concentrating on lures, line and other terminal tackle. If you're looking for something that we do not currently carry, let us know what it is and we may be able to get it for you.
